Can Assist Young-Boorowa has just received a timely boost of funding from greenslips.com.au. It will benefit local cancer patients who rely on their cars to get to and from treatment. Branch Vice President Chris Wright says, “Keeping your car on the road is essential and you can’t have a car without a green slip.”
Since the Young-Boorowa branch set up in 1988, locals have given over $1 million in support to cancer patients in the region. The branch supports 40-50 people each year.
