Thank you for your prompt reply. I was confident of all of the information in your calculator and that I had given to NRMA (which had it in front of them anyway as we have been with them for 11 years), so I think that the first NRMA staff member must have gotten the quote wrong. I am so glad that I relied on your calculator in that case! and contacted them a second time for a quote. Thanks very much again!

Thank u heaps for your help, I’m glad I now know that I can’t class a van as a car like we always used to. I never actually thought to put it in as a light goods vehicle. Lesson learnt. Thanks again.
